It’s been just over a month since March 13th, 2020 – the day the [ 2 one 5 ] team started working from home in response to early calls for the Northeast to #StayHome and #FlattenTheCurve.
From the beginning, we had two goals:
– Make work so cohesive and rad that no one would guess that we are collaborating 100% online
– Stay healthy & maintain our pre-quarantine levels of sanity
Our Traffic Coordinator, Jordan Muir, got a jump on prepping a beautiful home office:
Which inspired others among us to share our new workspaces:

… and coworkers:
The work began. While the leaders plotted out a plan to keep us thriving through uncertain times, the team did their level best to maintain pre-quarantine pace and quality. We quickly mastered our new overlord, Zoom; started building pockets of socialization into our schedules; and developed customized virtual backgrounds for key meetings.
We delivered thoughtful presentations. We brought in new business. We ideated fresh strategies, and executed quick-turn projects driven by shifts in both the community and the market, like this video for ASERT:
…and this one for AmeriGas Cynch:
We also got some long-term projects out into the world – check out this rebrand we developed for TeamAltemus:
Over the last 38 days, despite radically shifting priorities and one of the most fluid marketing environments in history, we exceeded expectations, beat deadlines and supported our clients every step of the way.
BUSINESS AS (UN)USUAL
Today, we’re happy to report that our team exemplifies the [ 2 one 5 ] spirit of defiance. Each one of us has our own story and circumstances – it would be tone deaf to suggest that any two members of this team are experiencing this pandemic the same way. But each morning, each of us comes to work ready to crush it. Each one of us sets aside personal concerns to focus on the concerns of our clients and each other. Some of us thrive in this new remote work environment more than others, but you could never tell from the quality of the work or the empathy that we (do our best to) demonstrate. We remain healthy, strong, and as sane as ever – largely because of each other.
If this reads like a love letter to our own team, that’s because it is. We are truly inspired by each tireless effort, each weekend warrior, and each brainstorm triumph. And when we’re asked to look on the bright side, it is their faces that we see.
THANK YOU TO OUR AMAZING TEAM!
