Our boy Steve recently opened up a Korean restaurant just across Strawberry St. from his other establishment, Double Shots. It’s called Meju and features an assortment of food at affordable prices. It’s also BYOB, so you can get drunk all you want while you stuff your face with Kimchi Jigae, Duk Bok Gi, or Mandu Guk. As of right now, they’re closed on Mondays, and open at 5 to serve dinner. So stop in, and check it out.

They may now be internet TV stars, but I’ve known all the dudes in Tough Shits for a while now and enjoyed all their previous bands (Bitter Sweethearts, Working Girl, Are You My Mother, Top Dudes) some of which featured more than one member. But, now the four boys finally got together all in one band, and it just seems right. On Friday, Tough Shits played the Tritone, and I went over and took pictures. Some of which are Polaroids. I’m kind of way into Polaroids again. They’re the new digis. Anyway, head over to our Flickr page and check out the pictures. -dan
