Snowboard Mag has some pics up from the first day snowboarders were allowed to shred Taos Ski Valley. For many many years (53 to be exact), the resort only allowed two plank to grace their precious powder, but that all changed when snowboard innovator (and Snurfer developer) Sherman Poppen declared the slopes open for snowboarders.
